Gilpin Kitchen Remodel
We did a complete kitchen remodel, including taking down half of a wall and widening the entry to the kitchen. Our remodel included new cabinets, new appliances, and new counters as well. Mark did a wonderful job of helping us coordinate all of the moving pieces. He recommended sub-contractors and dealt with them directly, so that we did not have to. He was onsite during installation and ensured that things went smoothly so that any concerns were addressed.
Quote & Timeline
We did not have a particular timeline in mind when our projects started. Despite a multi-week setback due to manufacturer issues with our cabinets, our entire project was complete in three months!

The quality of work is very good. Great attention to detail, and we really appreciated the extra time Mark took to communicate with us regarding personal preferences. We were able to customize a number of things to ensure that the end result was a true reflection of our taste and style.

Mark always reached out to us whenever something was going to take longer or cost more than originally anticipated. We had to work within some pretty strict constraints as our project was being funded through a city loan program, and in the end we came in under budget due to Mark's efforts to save time and money on our behalf.

We would recommend Mark without reservation. We felt comfortable allowing him into our home when we weren't there and knew he was taking the utmost care of our property in our absence. He took the time to explain various processes to us so we had realistic expectations, and we never felt uncomfortable asking questions or making suggestions. We LOVE our new kitchen!
