We changed the layout of the "master bedroom" in this 2 bedroom 1926 craftsman house. We vaulted the ceiling of the old "closet addition" to create more space. All exterior walls were gutted and spray foamed to improve air sealing and insulation. We Utilized dead space above the stairwell for storage, found an old closet that added back to the space, installed two new double hung high efficiency windows with divided lite upper sashes to match era of the house. New maple hardwood floors, millwork, and paint.
